Booking Agreements Refunds Policy & Terms, Discover Ganga Valley Adventure’s comprehensive booking agreement refund policy for cancellations and bookings in Rishikesh. Read carefully to understand our terms and conditions.

Schedule for Long Booking Payments:
To confirm your reservation, we require a 50% advance payment along with your bank information and transaction ID. This can be done via WhatsApp or email. The remaining 50% must be paid 7 days prior to your departure.

Terms of Cancellation:
Cancellation terms are applied to our booking agreement refund policy based on the advance payment date in relation to the departure/arrival date:

100% refund if canceled 21 days in advance.
75% refund if canceled 15 days in advance.
50% refund if canceled 10 days in advance.
25% refund if canceled 7 days in advance.
No refunds are provided if canceled with less than six days’ notice.
Refunds for cancellations are processed within 7 business days.
Additionally, Adventure and Nature imposes a rescheduling fee of Rs. 250 per person per segment if done seven days prior to the scheduled check-in date.

Schedule for Current Booking Payments:
To secure your booking, a 50% advance payment along with bank details and a transaction ID is required. This can be completed through WhatsApp or email. The remaining 50% is to be paid at the Rishikesh office or upon check-in at the camp or resort.
Please note that advance payments are non-refundable under our cancellation policy for any reason.
Ensure you carry sufficient cash before arriving at the campsite or resort.

SCHEDULE FOR LONG BOOKING PAYMENTS
• A response with the bank information, the transaction ID, and a 50% advance payment. WhatsApp or the same email.
• A 50% payment is required 7 days before departure.

Terms of cancellation: Booking Agreements Refund Policy.
When a reservation is canceled according to our booking agreement refund policy  the terms of the cancellation policy will be applied to the advance payment. from the departure/arrival date.
• 100% refund if received 21 days in advance.
• if provided 15 days in advance, a 75% refund
• 50% refund if offered 10 days in advance
• 25% refund if given 7 days in advance
If provided with less than six days’ notice: NO REFUND
• Refunds for cancellations will be granted in 7 business days.
• Seven days prior to the scheduled check-in date, Adventure and Nature will impose a regular rescheduling fee of Rs. 250 per person per segment.
