Here are some important notes to keep in mind for your bungee jumping experience:

Vendor Details: After booking, you will receive vendor contact information. Work with the vendor to arrange the reporting time and place.

Supervision for Minors: Children under 18 must have parental or guardian supervision (at least one adult). Intoxicated participants will be denied admission.

Prohibited Items: No alcohol, drugs, or smoking allowed on the premises. Bringing food or alcohol to the venue is prohibited. Sharp objects, lighters, luggage bags, knives, etc., are also not allowed.

Instructor’s Decision: The Jump Staff’s decision on the platform and bridge is final. Participants deemed unfit by the instructor will not be allowed to jump for safety reasons.

Visitor Policy: Non-jumpers can wait in the designated area but are not permitted on the tower.

Appropriate Attire: Wear season-appropriate clothes, sturdy closed-toe shoes or boots, long shirts or tops, and pants or shorts suitable for the activity.

Intoxication Policy: Admission will be denied to intoxicated participants, and alcohol or drug consumption on the premises is strictly prohibited.

No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the premises.

Prohibited Items: Eatables, alcohol, sharp objects, lighters, knives, or luggage bags are not allowed at the venue.

Risk Acknowledgment: All adult participants must sign a ‘Standard Risk Acknowledgment & Disclaimer’ form before the activity.

Health Conditions: Individuals with certain conditions such as pregnancy, recent surgery, injured limbs, chronic back or neck pain are advised not to participate. Pre-existing medical conditions like asthma, vertigo, high blood pressure, or joint/muscle/heart problems may be aggravated; consult a physician before the jump and inform the site manager of any medical conditions.

Medical Restrictions: Pregnant women, individuals who have undergone recent surgery, those with injured legs or arms, and those with chronic back or neck pain should avoid bungee jumping. Conditions like asthma, vertigo, high blood pressure, or heart problems may also pose risks—consult your physician beforehand.

Inform About Medical Conditions: Inform the site manager of any existing medical conditions for your safety.

Your reservation should be confirmed in a day or two.
If your desired date is not available, our team will promptly collaborate with you to find the most suitable alternative dates. Please note that our industry operates without real-time inventory visibility from vendor partners.

If you choose to cancel before receiving confirmation, you will be eligible for a 100% refund.

Cancellation Policy: If canceled within 3 days of the planned date, there will be a full refund.
If canceled within 24 hours of the planned date, there will be no refund.
There won’t be a refund if individuals refuse to participate in the event on-site or if the teacher deems them unfit.

Payment Policy: Pay 10% at the time of booking and the remaining balance before the jump reporting time.

Refund Policy: If a participant is late or refuses to jump, no refund will be provided.

Reschedule police: Here are the guidelines for rescheduling bookings:

Subject to Availability: Rescheduling is subject to availability of slots.

Cancellation Window Deadline: Once the cancellation window closes, rescheduling requests cannot be accommodated.

Maximum Rescheduling: Each booking allows a maximum of two rescheduling opportunities. No further changes can be made after this limit.

Price Differences: Any price differences resulting from rescheduling, such as changes in seasonal rates or availability, will apply and will be communicated to the customer during the rescheduling process.

Missed Appointments: If a customer fails to attend the newly scheduled appointment after rescheduling, it will be considered a missed appointment. Our standard cancellation policy will apply in such cases.
