Payment

Following the receipt of your deposit and after you have made your travel reservations with us, you may make modifications to your reservations as you see fit, subject to any fees that our suppliers may impose. Depending on the amount of notice provided before arrival, our cancellation policy may be applied to any change that necessitates changing the dates of any booking, including postponements. If your plans need to be adjusted due to a missed, delayed, or canceled domestic or international airline flight, vehicle, or train trip, we will help you make the necessary modifications to your travel arrangements.

If your plans must be altered, shortened, or canceled due to events beyond the reasonable control of Ganga Valley Adventure Tour & Travels Rishikesh, including but not limited to acts of God, civil unrest, strikes, war, the threat of war, terrorist activity either imminent or actual, natural or nuclear disaster and events beyond the reasonable control of Ganga Valley Adventure Tour & Travels Rishikesh, contact you as soon as possible.
If such occurrences take place while you are already traveling in Uttarakhand, you are responsible for making the necessary preparations. When such events prevent Ganga Valley Adventure Tour & Travel Rishikesh from providing its contracted services to you promptly and effectively or when they result in personal loss, distress, injury, or death, the company regrettably is unable to compensate you or assume responsibility for any costs, losses, or liabilities that may arise.

A Legally Binding Contract: Once you have agreed to our terms and conditions and paid your deposit, a legally binding contract will be established between you and Ganga Valley Adventure Tour & Travels Rishikesh. Any dispute or claim resulting from this contract shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Depending on the number of days before departure, cancellation fees as a percentage of the total booking cost will apply to reservations canceled after confirmation and payment of the deposit as follows: Following cancellation, payments will be returned through net banking to client accounts within 10 working days.
90-60 days prior to arrival – 100% refund
59–30 days prior to arrival. – 80% refund
29–15 days prior to arrival—50% refund
15 days prior to arrival – No refund

Important Note:- All Indian and foreign nationals are required to present valid identities upon check-in, per an order from the Indian government. Passports with visas, voter identification cards, current driver’s licences, and Aadhar cards are all accepted forms of identification.A picture must be on every paper. 
If a legitimate form of identification is not presented, a hotel, camp, resort, or other types of lodging may refuse a reservation. Any problems relating to ID proof are not the company’s responsibility.

Check-Outs: In India, hotels typically accept check-ins at 14:00 and check-outs at 10:00. Confirm that if not included in the price, early check-in or late checkout will incur a fee. If you would like to have a complimentary early check-in or a late check-out, just contact the hotel directly.

Meals: If meals are part of the package, they will be provided from a fixed menu as part of a buffet menu or standard rate. Any foods that are not included in their ideal buffet or fixed menu will incur an additional fee when consumed. The menu and available items for the menu are decided by the hotel. When there is low hotel occupancy, some hotels have a meal credit program in place of a buffet or fixed menu. In a few instances, the car parking location could be rather removed from the tourist attractions. The expense of getting to the parking is on the guests.
