All Indian/Foreign Nationals must provide valid proof of identification upon check-in, including Passport & Visa (together),Voter’s ID card,Current Driver’s License,  Aadhar Card. *All documents must include a photograph.

Accommodation Policy: Camps/Resorts reserve the right to deny stay if valid ID proof is not provided. The company holds no responsibility for any ID proof-related issues.

Check-in/Check-out Timings:
Standard check-in time: 12:00 hrs; Standard checkout time: 10:00 hrs 
Early check-in or late checkout may be chargeable if not included in the cost. Contact the hotel directly for complimentary early check-in or late checkout requests.

Meal Inclusions:
Meals included in packages are served based on a set menu in buffet/fixed/meal credit format.
Any items not included in the set menu will be charged additionally at the time of consumption.

Additional Accommodation Services:
Extra bed policies vary among Camp/Resort with some providing rollaway beds and others offering extra mattresses only. Advanced requests for preferred bedding arrangements are encouraged.

Price:
Rates are subject to change based on diesel/petrol price fluctuations. Rate adjustments may occur even after confirmation if prices increase by more than 5%.

The company is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, deaths, or thefts of persons or property during the course of the tour.

Legal Jurisdiction:
All disagreements will be heard at Tehri, Uttarakhand, India, by the courts.

Payment Terms:
Advance booking amount required at confirmation, with balance payment due at least 7 days before the check-in date.

Belongings Responsibility:
Please take care of your belongings before leaving the property’s. The company is not responsible for any loss.

 Accessibility:
Many camps/resorts are not directly connected to the road or parking; they require walking to reach them.

Luggage Policy:
You are responsible for carrying your own luggage; we do not provide any luggage transfer services.

Health Considerations:
It is presumed that the tourist is medically fit to undertake the tour. If you have any allergies (especially food-related) or serious health issues, please inform us in advance.

Cancellation Notice: The cancellation policy rules will be applied to your advance booking amount from the arrival/departure date.
Refund: Refunds will be issued according to the cancellation policy rules.
Processing Time: Cancellation refunds will be processed within 15 working days.

Nearest Bus Stop: Rishikesh Bus Stand is the nearest bus stop to the campsite, located at a distance of 16 km. One can hire either a taxi or a shared vehicle from the bus stand to reach the campsite.

Nearest Railway Station: Rishikesh Yog Nagari Railway Station is the nearest railway station, located at a distance of 18 km from the campsite. One can hire either a taxi or a shared vehicle from the bus stand to reach the campsite.

Transport Facilities: Various transportation options are available, including personal cars, paid taxi services, and the option to rent bikes or scooters from Rishikesh city.
