Identification Requirement:
All Indian and foreign nationals must provide valid proof of identification upon check-in, including:
Passport & Visa (together)
Voter’s ID card
Current Driver’s License
Aadhar Card
All documents must include a photograph.

Accommodation Policy:
Hotels, campgrounds, and resorts reserve the right to deny a stay if valid ID proof is not provided.
The company holds no responsibility for any ID proof-related issues.

Check-in/Check-out Timings:
Standard check-in time: 14:00 hrs; Standard checkout time: 10:00 hrs across India.
Early check-in or late checkout may be chargeable if not included in the cost. Contact the hotel directly for complimentary early check-in or late checkout requests.

Meal Inclusions:
Meals included in packages are served based on a set menu in buffet/fixed/meal credit format.
Any items not included in the set menu will be charged additionally at the time of consumption.
Some hotels implement a meal credit policy instead of a buffet or fixed menu during low occupancy, with the credit amount determined by hotel management. Additional charges apply if the bill exceeds the meal credit amount.
Room service or the packing of food may incur extra charges at certain hotels.

Additional Accommodation Services:
Extra bed policies vary among hotels, with some providing rollaway beds and others offering extra mattresses only. Advanced requests for preferred bedding arrangements are encouraged.

Vehicle breakdown and repair:
In case of vehicle breakdowns, arrangements will be made promptly for major problems, and repairs will be attempted for minor issues. Cooperation is appreciated.

Force Majeure Disclaimer:
The company is not liable for delays, alterations in the program, or expenses incurred due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accidents, transport breakdowns, weather, sickness, political unrest, or any unforeseen incidents.

Vehicle Usage Guidelines:
AC may not be available in hilly areas or parked vehicles.
Drivers will not operate in no-entry zones or narrow streets, causing traffic congestion. Normal driver working hours are 12 hours; any service exceeding this requires prior notice. Compliance with driving restrictions in hilly areas, including restrictions on driving after sunset and music, is mandatory.

Pick-up and drop-off points:
Only one pick-up and drop-off point are designated. Requests for multiple points must be made during the booking process.

Tour Itinerary and Destination:
Tour destinations and routes cannot be altered without prior notice, as this may affect prices.
Rates are subject to change based on diesel/petrol price fluctuations. Rate adjustments may occur even after confirmation if prices increase by more than 5%.

Vehicle Substitution and Parking:
Similar cars may be provided if the booked car is unavailable.
Additional transport may be required in areas with restricted vehicle access, incurring extra costs borne by guests.

Sightseeing Policies:
Vehicles are permitted for sightseeing points mentioned in the itinerary or within city limits. Additional sightseeing requires prior arrangements with the company.
There are no refunds for unvisited sightseeing points or facilities.

Liability Disclaimer:
The company is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, deaths, or thefts of persons or property during the course of the tour.

Legal Jurisdiction:
All disagreements will be heard in Tehri, Uttarakhand, India, by the courts.

Payment Terms:
An advance booking amount is required at confirmation, with the balance payment due at least 7 days before the tour start date.

Belongings Responsibility: Please take care of your belongings before leaving the car or hotel. The company is not responsible for any loss.

Contract Formation: Please read emails carefully and understand the contents and prices. All email conversations will form part of the contract once you confirm the booking.

Accessibility: Many small hotels/resorts do not have lifts.Please let us know prior to arrival if you are uncomfortable using stairs.

Additional Charges: Many hotels charge extra for room heaters or WiFi. Normal packages do not include these amenities; therefore, these charges should be paid as extras at the hotels.

Health Considerations: It is presumed that the tourist is medically fit to undertake the tour. If you have any allergies (especially food-related) or serious health issues, please inform us in advance.

Cancellation Notice: The cancellation policy rules will be applied to your advance booking amount from the arrival/departure date.

Refund: Refunds will be issued according to the cancellation policy rules.

Processing Time: Cancellation refunds will be processed within 15 working days.

Bank Charges Deduction: Please note that there will be a deduction of bank charges for booking cancellations and refunds.

Service Cancellation Policy:

        The company reserves the right to cancel services without refund until full advance payment is received and accepted. Service features or functionalities may change without prior notice.
